Can I cancel my order?
If you've made a mistake on your order, email us immediately. Unfortunately, if your order has been sent to production we cannot cancel it.
Something's wrong with my order, can I return it?
If you have received a damaged product, or something that doesn't match your order, we offer a free replacement. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Because every product is made to order, we do not provide returns or exchanges if you order the incorrect size, design or colour.
